Ingredients for squid soup include: squid, corn flour, onion, celery, ginger, pepper and seasonings. Clean squid under cold water then pull plastic-looking quill and remove the ink sac then soak it up with ginger boiled water in 3 minutes. Place chopped squid, chopped onion, chopped celery in a stockpot and cover with water. Bring to a simmer then add seasonings and continue to cooking until squid is tender but not overcooked. Add corn flour and stir constantly.
