Ingredients: Strip steak (finely cut and marinate with salt, pepper and ½ table spoon of vegetable oil), shallot, chopped cilantro stems, and leaves, mint leaf, lettuce leaf, cucumber (finely sliced), garlic, sugar, fish sauce, lime juce.Yam nua
Method: Make a paste with minced garlic and bird chili pepper. Put this paste into a large bowl and add lemongrass, sugar, fish sauce and lime juice. Put a non-stick pan over medium heat and sear steak for 5-6 minutes. Rest the steak in atmosphere for several minutes then slice it very thinly. In a large bowl, mix sliced beef with paste and mint, shallot, cucumber. Sparkle some seasoning to compliment this dish.
